1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Rizorsi Umani Ltd. ("Rizorsi", "we", "us", or "our" "Cleaners on Demand"). Rizorsi is a digital platform that facilitates the booking of employees on demand for cleaners booking services. Our services are available through our mobile apps (collectively, the "Platform").

The term "User" refers to residential or commercial customers who utilize cleaning services.

The term "Cleaner" refers to the individual who provides cleaning services to the User(s).

2. APPLICABILITY OF THE TERMS:
By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to enter into this binding agreement and agree to be bound by these terms of use ("Terms"), privacy policy, and cookies policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, so please check back regularly for updates. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.

The user is responsible for providing the cleaner with all necessary cleaning tools and materials. Rizorsi and the Cleaner are not responsible for supplying any cleaning tools or materials. If unsatisfactory services result from inadequate cleaning tools and materials, the user will be held accountable.

3. User eligibility:
The Platform is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Fees and payment:
Rizorsi charges fees for its services on a fixed term or hourly basis, as stated at the time of booking. Fees are generally payable in advance, but Rizorsi may allow selected clients to book now and pay later, subject to an additional agreement. The applicable fee will be displayed on the Platform at the time of booking. You agree to pay all fees in a timely manner, and Rizorsi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you fail to pay any fees. Cleaners on Demand utilizes Stripe, a third-party payment gateway, to process all payments. By using the App, you agree to abide by Stripe's terms and conditions.

5. Availability and booking of employees
The availability of employees on the Platform is subject to change, and Rizorsi cannot guarantee the availability of any particular employee at any given time. You may book an employee through the Platform based on their availability as displayed on the Platform

6. Cancellation policy
50% refunds will be provided for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time of the booked employee's shift. If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation made outside of the 24-hour window, any applicable fees charged by the payment processor will be your responsibility.

7. Employee duties and responsibilities
Employees who are booked through the Platform are expected to perform their duties to the best of their abilities and in accordance with any instructions or guidelines provided by the client. Rizorsi is not responsible for the performance or actions of any employee booked through the Platform.

8. Termination
Rizorsi reserves the right to terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, your breach of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RIZORSI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RIZORSI MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE PLATFORM WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL RIZORSI BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rizorsi and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

12. Governing law
These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through Maltese arbitration.

13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rizorsi regarding the use of the Platform, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
